🏁 Champions of the Future Round 4 – Kristianstad 🇸🇪 What an incredible week! ✨ On a completely new circuit for me, I achieved my best results of the season so far. And also the best result for Chinese 🇨🇳 karting drivers so far. With only 3 days of pre-race testing to learn this very technical track, we worked tirelessly as a team to maximize every session. 💪 Qualifying: P5 in my group, P13 overall. Not exactly where we wanted to be, but still a solid starting point. The heats were fantastic: 🥇 1 victory and 🥈 4 second-place finishes. Together with my teammate Teo, we worked as a team throughout the races, and our strategy paid off brilliantly for both of us. 🤝 Starting from pole position in the Super Heat, I led every lap from start to finish to secure another 🥇 victory. That result also put me P1 in the intermediate classification, a great reward for all the hard work! The Final was an intense battle. After losing a few positions during the race, I crossed the finish line in P12. Of course, we were aiming for more, but every race is another opportunity to learn, improve, and come back stronger. 📈 Now it's full focus on next week's FIA Karting European Championship. We're ready to keep pushing! 🔥 A huge thank you to @geoffrey.baudot , @lazarelartigau , @freddy.martins.gokart, my mechanic Eliot, and the entire @wearevictorylane Karting team. I crossed the line in P2 in all three of today's heats: Heat A-D: P2 Heat A-C: P2 Heat A-F: P2 These consistent results move me up to P2 in the Intermediate Classification, putting us in a great position heading into the final day. Tomorrow, I'll start from pole position in Super Heat Group 2. The focus is clear: keep the momentum going and fight for the best possible result. [iracing] Pole to P17… then the fight back to podium. 🔥 Qualified on pole, but a track limits penalty dropped me all the way to P17 on the grid. When the lights went out, there was only one goal: fight back. Silverstone’s opening lap is always chaotic, but staying calm and picking the right moments paid off. P17 ➜ P7 in a single lap. Kept the momentum, stayed consistent, and crossed the line in P3 🥉 Losing pole hurt, but charging through the field and standing on the podium made this one even more satisfying. The race weekend is over, but summer training has officially begun. 💪🏁 The equipment is still on its way, but training can’t wait. So I put together everything I could find at home—a laptop (special thanks to @f1model7788 for sponsoring it ❤️), a TV that’s more than 15 years old, and the most basic homemade sim rig. It’s not perfect, but it’s more than enough to get started. A huge thank you to @simagicofficial for sponsoring my direct drive wheel and pedal system. Even in a simple setup, it gives me the precision and feedback needed to practice as close to real racing as possible and keep refining every detail of my driving. 🏁 The FIA Karting European Championship campaign is now on pause. After weeks of racing, testing, and travelling across Europe, it’s time for a short two-week break. But for a racing driver, a break doesn’t mean stopping — it means finding new ways to keep improving. 💪 Alongside physical training and race analysis, I’ve started my Formula training journey on iRacing. 🎮🏎️ It took me a couple of days to understand the licence system and work my way from Rookie to Class D in GT. Today, the focus switches to Formula racing, starting with the FF1600, with the goal of reaching Class D and progressing towards the Formula iR-04. 📈 Sim racing can’t replace real racing, but it’s a great tool to develop racecraft, decision-making, and consistency between race weekends. 🎯 The work never stops.
